IDENTIFY POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS

Possible solutions for each problems that have been identify in step 2 :

1)POOR INTERNET CONNECTION:

To overcome this problem, the government needs to upgrade the level of internet speed in every area throughout Malaysia. this is because, with a fast internet connection, students can conduct online learning more smoothly. with a fast internet network, students can also ask or answer questions smoothly without creating misunderstandings between students and teachers. in the meantime, the government must also maintain or reduce the price of each internet package in order to alleviate the burden borne by the parents of their students. when the government upgrades the level of internet speed in Malaysia, it will not only benefit the students but can further increase the productivity of community life in order to develop or build a developed Malaysia.

2)UNCLEAR & INCONSISTENT LEARNIG STRUCTURE :

In this era, most schools and universities held online learning because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Some students do not have to go to school or university to study. This is because the government has set Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to prevent the transmission of the COVID-19 virus. Although, the government has made it easier for students and teachers to do learning activities, namely online learning, but there are some problems that arise due to this. Among them, some students face the problem of learning structure that is not clear and inconsistent. So, this is possible ways to solve the problem.

every lecturer or instructor has their own way of teaching like students, every student has their own way of understanding a lesson. So, if students do not understand the lecturer’s teaching method, students can ask questions so that the lecturer can explain the lesson in a different way. In addition, students can also do self -study with guidance from seniors or peers. This method can also ensure that students can understand more easily about the lesson.

3)LACK OF SELF MOTIVATION TO LEARN:

Every student and even every human in this earth  experiences this problem at one time or another.

Motivation is important for good studying. When you are motivated, you will find it easy to stay focused over a period of time. When you are not motivated, you will not only find it difficult to stay focused, but you will find it difficult to get started in the first place.

Lack of motivation can crush you, literally cripple you from taking action. If you’re sick of suffering from a lack of motivation, you’re in luck, because better late than never. We can still change ourself and get up from this symptomatic of clinical depression.

Whether we can’t get motivated to do anything that we want to do, a lack of motivation can be the biggest obstacle to reaching your goals.

We really need to keep in mind that not every strategy works for everyone. So we need to built our own strategies to get rid of this bad influence of motivation in our mind. Plan and perform some behavioral experiments to see which strategies best help you reach your goals.

First thing first that may help us to overcome this problem is rewarding yourself for working.

Create a small reward for ourselves that we can earn for your hard work. We might find focusing on the reward helps us stay motivated to reach our goals. This kind of action can make us keep in mind that we have to do this so that we can get our reward after everything was settle down eventhough its from our ownselves.

For example, if you have a long paper to write for class, you might tackle it in several different ways. We don't have to do complete it right away. Instead we can start with write one page, and take a break for a while to relax or drink some water. After that, continue to do the assessment for 30 or 40 minutes and take a break again to eat snacks or something and after its all done, we can rewarded ourselves to go out and chill with our friends. Thats it!

Consider whether we are likely to be more motivated by smaller, more frequent rewards or a bigger reward for a complete job. We may want to experiment with a few different strategies until we discover an approach that works best for us.

Make sure our rewards don’t sabotage your efforts, however. Rewarding your hard work  with a sugary treat and lot of dessert might be effect your health. And this bad habits will decrease your motivation in the long term.

Second solution is go for a walk in nature.

Fresh air, a change of scenery, and a little exercise can do wonders for our motivation. Walking in nature can be especially beneficial

A 2013 study published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that walking half a mile through a park reduces brain fatigue. Being in nature offers a calming effect that rejuvenates the brain which can help motivate you to tackle a tough task.

Being surrounded by nature can provide the mental escape you need to return to your project feeling more motivated than before.

As a human being that living in a world that has a diversity of life, we are always in touch with nature indirectly.

Do we know that our relationship as a human with nature is one of the critical factor in supportinh good mental health and preventing distress.

Nature is an important need for many and vital in keeping us emotionally, psychologically and physically healthy.

When it comes to mental health benefits, nature has a very wide definition. It can mean green spaces such as parks, woodland or forests as well as blue spaces like rivers, , beaches and so on.  Surprisingly, even watching nature documentaries has been shown to be good for our mental health. This is great news as it means the mental health benefits of nature can be made available to nearly every one of us, no matter where we live.

4)LACK OF ENGAGING INTERACTION:

Online learning presents new challenges when compared to a traditional classroom because students are separated from their instructor by a computer screen. How can we engage our students in the content, learning activities, and assessments? How can we prevent feelings of frustration or isolation and keep them motivated? These questions are frequently asked by online instructors looking to maintain the same levels of engagement they see and feel in their face-to-face classrooms.

Firstly, provide opportunities for learner interaction. Blackboard discussion forums, blog, or Google classroom  activities are great ways to promote student interaction. You can also create online study groups where students meet through Google meet, Microsoft teams or another video conferencing service. The first study group could be guided by instructor-created questions and then you could challenge students to come up with future questions.

Finally, Encourage sharing. Social media can be used to engage students in your content. Students can share resources related to the course informally through a Facebook group or Twitter or Instagram hashtag. You can even embed a Twitter feed into your Blackboard course!
